It’s very sad that the 2020 HBCU graduation has disappeared from the web. Watching it was moving and exciting. At the same time, it’s clear that HBCUs have become considerably more visible in the last two or three years. Melinda French Gates among others has become a big donor while Beyonce’s summer Coachela concert brought Black Excellence and the commencement theme “Show me your Walk” into vivid focus.
